Description of Service

HighlightLab is a sports performance tracking app that allows you to:

• Record and manage sports statistics
• Upload and process game videos
• Create highlight reels from video clips
• Track performance across multiple sports
• Export statistics and video content

Subscription Terms

HighlightLab offers premium subscriptions with the following terms:

• 7-day free trial for new subscribers
• Monthly or yearly subscription options
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Subscription management through your Apple ID settings

Premium features are only available during active subscription periods.

User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content you upload to HighlightLab, including:

• Sports statistics and game data
• Video files and highlight clips
• Personal information and account data

You grant HighlightLab permission to store, process, and display your content solely to provide our services. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use HighlightLab only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You will not:

• Upload content that violates others' rights
• Use the service to harass or harm others
• Attempt to access others' private data
• Interfere with the app's operation
• Use automated systems to access the service

Privacy and Data Protection

Limitation of Liability

HighlightLab is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to premium features ends immediately.
